I have own LOCAL installers, I do not sub-contract the installation jobs. My LOCAL installers have years of experience and take the time to understand what the customer wants in an install, and explain how the process will take place for them. When the installation is done, they explain how the service & equipment works.
At Sight & Sound Solutions, a customer is a “customer for life”. We have a 2-2-2 program. We do courtesy calls 2 days, 2 weeks, and 2 months after the installation to make sure the customer is getting comfortable with Dish or Directv and how everything works. If any service calls need to be performed, we personally go back out their to take care of whatever issue has come up.
